On April 27, 2014, in Molyvos, an URBAN XC race will take place. The route will be demanding but also beautiful and goes through the famous cobbled streets of Molyvos. Below you can find all the information about the race and your accomodation.

PROCEDURE
The route is circular 1,5 km length. A piece of asphalt and the remainder will be slated. The race duration for teenagers and men will be 1,5 hours, for children, veterans and women 1hour. At the same time there will be classes for ages up to 10 years and from 10 to 15 years in specially designed trails.
For minors and children is necessary requirement for participation the "responsible statement" of their parents.
THE HELMET IS REQUIRED THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE RACE AND NON USE OF IT MAY CAUSE THE COMPETITORS CANCELATION.

CATEGORIES
MINI: to 10 years
CHILDREN: from 11 to 15 years
TEENAGERS: from 15 to 18 years
MEN: from 18 to 40 years
VETERANS: 40 and over
WOMEN: all ages

REGISTRATION
Registration will be on starting site two hours before the start of the race, and earlier for those who want to in bike stores "ANACNO CYCLES" and "KARANTONIS Bikes" in Mytilene.
TRIAL PERIOD
The entire route will be marked from Saturday, April 26 in order to allow athletes to make free trials.
Sunday at 12:30 pm all classes will do a warm lap. Immediately after there will race start for all categories.
Small classes will run in specially designated areas during the main race.
Organizers will provide all athletes with souvenir praise. For the 6 first there will be prizes in each category.

The entry fee for the race is 5€. The mini and children categories entry fee is free.

TRANSPORT - ACCOMMODATION
For those who want to go to Molyvos from Saturday, April 26, it has been arranged a special rate for the competitors, in the hotels "MOLYVOS 1". The rate will be 25, 00 Euros for a single room with full breakfast and 35, 00 Euros for a double. The hotel offers bicycle storage. Tel: (+30) 22530-71512. On Sunday, April 27 after consultation with the organizers and if there are many entries there will be a bus to transport athletes and bikes from Molyvos to Mytilini.
